Sleeping Pods by Smarte Carte Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment is required to hold your booking.

2. Customers are required to vacate Sleeping Pods after 8 hours.

3. Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before you are due to check-in.

4. For booking cancellations within 24 hours of your check-in time, email or call on +61 8 9477 3070. Failure to notify us prior to your check-in time will forfeit your right to a refund.

5. Failure to check-in will result in the reservation expiring and the Sleep Pod being made available to other customers.

6. Valid photo identification is a requirement to check-in.

7. Only one person may use the Sleeping Pod at one time. Exceptions are made for parents with an infant or young children up to 4 years of age.

8. Customers must remain clothed when using a Sleeping Pod.

9. No food or drink is to be consumed while using a Sleeping Pod.

10. Shoes are to be removed while using a Sleeping Pod in flatbed mode.

11. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if a Sleeping Pod is found to be soiled after use.

12. Sleeping Pods reserves the right to refuse service to clients who expose workers to violence and aggression or who are causing disruptions to workers and other patrons.

13. Sleeping Pods by Smarte Carte will assume no liability for items that may be lost or damaged that are of extraordinary value including cash, jewellery, electronic equipment, etc.

14. Hand luggage can be stored safely under the seat during use. No luggage must be left unattended outside of the Sleeping Pods.

15. If you require items to be stored in addition to the hand luggage storage under the seat please email or call on +61 8 9477 3070. All items stored may be subject to security checks, physical inspection and/or explosive trace detection (ETD) screening by Smarte Carte or the relevant security, local or federal, patrolling agencies at our locations.

16. In the event of an emergency, you must follow the evacuation procedure displayed in the store.
